This role collaborates with key stakeholders, analyzes metrics at plant locations, and identifies confidential matters. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Director. It is responsible for supporting leaders and employees at the Villa Mercedes plant (Argentina), as well as providing remote support for the implementation of the people strategy at our Food Latam South plant in Ecuador. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Implementation of the Food Latam South business people strategy at the plant. * Provides human resources support to managers and employees on labor relations topics, offering guidance and support to leaders and staff in interpreting and applying labor regulations, collective agreements, and internal policies in coordination with the responsible corporate team. Acts as the first point of contact for human resources inquiries, manages the new employee onboarding process, supports leave management, and assists with occasional audits. * Drives Cargill's culture by implementing the company’s global programs and policies. Guardian of Cargill's Ethical Principles, delivering corporate training and conducting investigations into behavioral deviations. * BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP: Partners with key leaders in executing complex workforce and local culture plans. * OPERATIONAL PROCESSES: Implements moderately complex HR operational processes at the plant, including time and attendance, employee or labor relations, and benefits administration to support overall compliance and effectiveness of the plant's HR operational processes. * SOLUTION IMPLEMENTATION: Identifies and implements moderately complex solutions to improve performance, engagement, recruitment, and retention to increase productivity and mitigate people-related risks at the plant, while fostering an inclusive culture. * PROGRAM EXECUTION: Executes workforce plans, learning programs, talent development activities, and other talent programs and projects at the site. * ENGAGEMENT SURVEY: Coordinates communication, guidance, and clarification of Cargill’s global employee engagement survey process for leaders and employees, and follows up on resulting action plans. * DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION: Communicates and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion policies and practices at the plant. \#LI\-KMARTINEZ \#LI\-hybrid **Qualifications** ------------------ * Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience in multinational industries. * Advanced English proficiency. * Experience managing labor relations and union interactions.
