Livestock Arrival Administrator – Villa Mercedes, Argentina

### **We are currently seeking a Livestock Arrival Administrator to join our team at the Villa Mercedes plant.** As South America’s leading exporter of beef, Minerva Foods is more than a global company — we are a community of professionals committed to continuing to “create connections among people, food, and nature.” We operate in over 100 countries, with facilities in Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, and specialized sheep-processing plants in Australia and Chile. **Responsibilities and attributions** ### **Key responsibilities:** * Overall control of **pre- and post-arrival livestock processes**. * Weighing and tracking of trucks before and after livestock arrival. * Control, management, and tracking of documentation related to livestock arrival. * Preparation of lists and recording of slaughterhouse operational updates for production leaders. * Constant communication with various plant departments (Production, SENASA, Security, etc.). * Data entry and information management in internal systems. **Requirements and qualifications** ### **Requirements:** * Intermediate-level **Excel proficiency (mandatory)**. * Experience using **management systems** (DUX preferred). * Proficiency with Microsoft tools: **Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams**. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective interpersonal communication. ### **We value:** * Proactivity and accountability. * Ability to work collaboratively and follow established processes. * Strong handling of administrative information and documentation.
