The objective of the position is: To ensure proper management and administration of the organization's human capital, contributing to the development of a positive and productive work environment. Main responsibilities will include: Handling inquiries and complaints from leaders/referents and employees. Ensuring their registration and reporting when necessary. Absenteeism control and analysis of causes. Assisting in the generation and analysis of management indicators. Performing personnel administration tasks, payroll processing, and file management. Filing incident reports and following up on cases. Managing labor relations (legal matters). Payroll management. Administration of employee benefits. Mandatory requirements: Be an advanced student in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources. Advanced knowledge of Office suite. Solid knowledge in implementing Human Resources processes, including current labor laws, LCT, collective bargaining agreements (preferably UOM), and social works. Own transportation. Desired profile: Demonstrate planning and organizational skills. Customer-oriented and results-driven attitude. Good interpersonal relationship management.
