Job Summary: At Saputo, we specialize in producing ricotta and other dairy products, seeking a professional to operate equipment and monitor processes while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate specific equipment in ricotta production. 2. Monitor critical process variables during production. 3. Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). How your contributions will make a difference... • Executing ricotta production process stages (whey/milk reception, heating, coagulation, cutting, whey drainage). • Operating process-specific equipment and machinery (tanks, cookers, pumps, etc.). • Monitoring critical process variables (temperature, time, humidity, pH, etc.). • Meeting daily production schedules. • Applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). • Complying with hygiene and sanitation procedures. • Identifying and reporting process or product quality deviations. • Participating in internal and external audits. • Adhering to industrial safety regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. • Identifying workplace hazards and reporting unsafe conditions. • Participating in safety training programs. • Performing equipment and area cleaning and sanitation (CIP or manual). • Conducting basic equipment operational checks. • Reporting equipment failures or maintenance needs. • Completing production, quality, and cleaning records. • Recording operational process data. • Controlling and operating secondary packaging, boxing, and stacking machines. • Performing boxing and palletizing of finished product. You are the ideal candidate if... • You have verifiable experience in ricotta or similar dairy product manufacturing processes. • You possess basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). • You hold a completed secondary education (Mandatory). • You are available to work rotating shifts.
