They are currently seeking a **Senior Director, Civil Engineering – Structural Engineering \& Design.** **Job Summary** A Civil Engineering professional with over 12 years of experience in structural engineering and design, specializing in the development of multi\-level structures, modular renovations, and structural reinforcement solutions. This role leads the strategy, planning, and execution of highly complex structural projects, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency at an organizational level. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Define and lead the structural engineering strategy aligned with organizational objectives.** * Oversee the design, analysis, and development of structural systems for large\-scale, high\-complexity projects. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. * Review and approve structural designs, calculations, and critical technical documentation. * Establish guidelines, standards, and best practices in structural design and construction. * Assess and mitigate structural risks, ensuring the safety and sustainability of buildings. * Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, and external consultants. * Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, contractors, and regulatory agencies. * Oversee site inspections and technical audits to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations. * Drive innovation through the adoption of new technologies, materials, and design methodologies. * Manage budgets, resources, and contracts related to structural engineering projects. * Mentor and develop technical talent within the engineering team. **Education \& Certifications:*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. * Active Professional Engineer (PE) license and/or structural engineering certifications. * Ongoing education in regulations, building codes, and emerging technologies. * Minimum of 12 years of experience in structural engineering and design. * Proven experience in multi\-level structures, modular renovations, and structural reinforcement projects. * Demonstrated track record leading large\-scale projects and technical teams. * Strong strategic leadership and executive\-level decision\-making skills. * High analytical capability and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and influencing abilities. * Results\-oriented with a strong focus on quality and compliance. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments. lLJipGM1V0
