Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive commercial advisor to manage a client portfolio, analyze metrics using SQL, and propose action plans for merchant growth. Key Highlights: 1. A leading technology company specializing in e-commerce is looking for a commercial advisor to manage its client portfolio. Requirements and Responsibilities: Advise a specific client portfolio (focused on 1 or 2 industries) and resolve their issues, as well as conduct follow-ups. Analyze metrics using SQL to propose action plans for various merchants. Analyze profitability metrics generated on the platform. Grow each client by accompanying them and setting deadlines with defined objectives — i.e., providing action plans. Metric interpretation. Ongoing communication with clients. Proactive profile with extensive commercial experience, including management of medium- to long-term client portfolios · Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
