This role is responsible for developing intuitive user experiences while ensuring robust server\-side architecture and seamless system integrations. As part of the Platform Community, the Full\-Stack Engineer collaborates closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver reliable, performant, and scalable applications. Hiring and technology policies are defined and owned by the Engineering Manager. **REPORTS TO** Engineering Manager ### **JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and maintain high\-quality product features across the full stack using **React, TypeScript, and Node.js**. * Build responsive, intuitive single\-page applications with modern front\-end technologies. * Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js.Integrate front\-end applications with backend services and third\-party systems. * Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into polished, interactive user interfaces. * Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security. * Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices and architectural standards. * Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback. * Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and technical issues across the stack. * Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and Agile workflows. * Test your work thoroughly using unit and end\-to\-end testing methodologies. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure seamless feature delivery. * The duties and responsibilities outlined above are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned from time to time based on business needs. ### **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * 5\+ years of experience in full\-stack application development. * Strong experience with: **React.js (hooks, state management, component lifecycle), TypeScript, Node.js** * Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript. * Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs. * Strong understanding of architecture patterns and best practices. * Familiarity with server\-side rendering (SSR) and Next.js is a plus. * Experience with Git and version control workflows. * Experience working in Agile development environments. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. * Strong knowledge of responsive design and mobile\-first development. * Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to debug issues across the stack. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred. * English proficiency is required (must communicate clearly with English\-speaking coworkers) * Must be based in Buenos Aires.Availability to work on\-site in our office in CABA two days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays). **Interview Accommodations** SQUIRE is committed to working with and providing reasonable assistance to individuals with physical and mental disabilities.
