Position Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with experience in substation and switchgear design to define design bases, prepare engineering documentation, and review third-party work for industrial projects. Opportunity to impact the country's energy future. **What Are We Looking For?** We are seeking an Electrical Engineering Specialist to join our Industrial Projects team within the Infrastructure Vice Presidency. We seek a professional in Electrical Engineering with solid experience in substation design, medium- and low-voltage switchgear, among other areas. This role will be critical in defining the design basis within their specialty, preparing required engineering documents for in-house projects, and performing reviews of third-party documents—applying defined design criteria in accordance with applicable Management Systems and regulatory standards—to meet project objectives while ensuring optimized and more efficient process designs for the client. **What Will Be Your Main Challenges?** * Participate in developing Design Bases within your area of specialization. * Define the application of design standards, technical specifications, and design philosophies. * Review third-party documents within your area of specialization and those requiring interdisciplinary review. * Analyze and report deviations from Design Specifications when identified. * Prepare technical scopes for contracting engineering services, specialized studies, equipment, materials, and construction works. * Perform technical analysis of bids for engineering services, specialized studies, construction works, and supply of materials and equipment within your specialty. * Develop and update technical specifications. * Prepare estimates for investment cost calculations. * Prepare engineering documents for your specialty in in-house engineering projects. * Participate in risk analysis studies (HAZOP, SIL assignment, ACR, SIMOPS, etc.). * Participate in site technical office activities, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up. * Participate in test-runs and warranty tests, and in preparing the final project report. **What Do We Value as Differentiators?** Professional qualification: Electrical Engineering (mandatory) Experience: Minimum 10 years of verifiable experience in this specialty.
