If you are an innovative, results-oriented professional, this is your opportunity to lead engineering for projects and high-impact tenders, interacting with internal and external clients. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget, scheduling and controlling engineering execution according to client requirements. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with internal engineering management and Industrial Projects Business Unit (UNPI) procedures, applying industry best practices, company know\-how, and documenting deviations and lessons learned. **What Will Be Your Main Challenges?** * Lead internal or contracted work teams for engineering execution, controlling scope, schedule, quality, and resources to ensure correct performance of required tasks for projects and tenders. Contribute to internal and external information flow. Ensure final deliverables meet all engineering discipline requirements and those of clients. Prepare and manage scope changes. Comprehensively manage changes arising from the original scope. * Control issuance and content of engineering deliverables to ensure those prepared by engineering management staff meet client requirements. * Monitor the engineering schedule and implement corrective actions to guarantee timely issuance of deliverables, managing resource needs at required times for deliverable preparation and implementing corrective actions. Implement measures to mitigate the impact of deviations. * Manage development of engineering schedules (via the Planning Department) with stakeholders to develop a work plan aligned with project objectives, including tasks, deadlines, and allocation of internal and subcontracted resources. Guarantee timely issuance of engineering deliverables, ensuring their development within established project timelines while considering construction and supply requirements. * Coordinate meetings with internal and external clients to establish effective communication channels, ensuring mutual understanding of internal and external client needs and aligning stakeholder interests. * Monitor resources used for engineering execution to ensure engineering work remains within budget and meets established timelines; participate in project forecasting (forecast). * Manage procurement of equipment or services required for project development to meet team needs for activity execution and fulfill client requirements. * Propose and implement technological solutions for equipment/project construction or design to contribute to excellence through implementation of technological solutions that improve quality. **What Do We Value as Differentiators?** * Professional with solid expertise in engineering development for the Oil, Gas, and/or Energy industry, enabling understanding of processes, problems, and applicable methods for analysis and resolution of engineering issues. * Engineering degree (mandatory) * Experience managing integrated work teams composed of internal staff and/or subcontractors. * Experience in engineering projects involving international technology providers. * Leadership, communication, and planning skills. * Knowledge of control techniques and management indicators, tracking progress status of project engineering. * Experience in risk management. * Commitment to meeting cost, schedule, and quality targets. * Basic knowledge of integrated project management tools (PMI), with PMP certification (not mandatory). * Experience in at least one engineering discipline (not mandatory). * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory) * General knowledge of integrated management systems and regulatory requirements such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001\. **Position Information** * Work Location: TPM (Capital Federal) * Work Schedule: 4x1 * Travel Availability: Occasional * Direct Reports: None **What Do We Offer?** An environment where you can contribute your most valuable asset: your energy — the kind that drives, adapts, learns, adds value, and transforms.
