AI-driven innovation for content creation **Job Summary** **Are you an agile, creative, and bilingual facilitator?** We seek a professional capable of designing high-impact content and delivering it masterfully, adapting to a fast-paced environment with **English proficiency above B2\.** **Your responsibilities:** **Full design and facilitation in English:** Develop and deliver workshops, presentations, and learning guides (in-person and virtual). * **Rapid response:** Design and launch training programs within **48 to 72 hours** to meet urgent business needs. * **AI-driven innovation:** Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools and digital design techniques to accelerate content creation. * **Results measurement:** Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and performance feedback. **Key requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in corporate training or L\&D. * **Agility:** Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * **Technology:** Proficiency in **PowerPoint, Canva**, LMS platforms, and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint). * **Methodology:** Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design. * **Skills:** Excellent public speaking, professional presence, and project organization. **What we will assess:** * **Effectiveness:** Real impact on employee performance. * **Quality:** Visually engaging and pedagogically sound content. * **Timeliness:** Ability to deliver within 48\-72-hour windows. \#Marketing25 Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site
