Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Developer for digital solutions in electrical infrastructure, focused on IoT, microgrids, and renewable energy, leading commercial development and building strategic relationships. We are looking for a **Business Developer – IoT \& Microgrids, PV (m/f/d)**. ### **You will make an impact by:** * Developing the business for digital solutions in electrical infrastructure, with focus on IoT, microgrids, and renewable energy * Positioning our Electrification X portfolio for data integration, monitoring, analytics, and electrical asset management * Leading the commercial development of control solutions for photovoltaic (PV) plants and microgrids (PPC, SCADA, EMS) * Driving the positioning of PV inverters in large-scale generation projects, analyzing technical requirements and defining appropriate architectures * Defining integrated technical-commercial solutions (hardware, software, and engineering) in collaboration with internal teams * Building long-term relationships with EPCs, utilities, developers, large consumers, and public agencies * Analyzing tender documents, technical specifications, and contractual conditions of energy projects * Identifying opportunities to position cloud-based solutions under subscription-based business models * Technically and commercially evaluating solution alternatives, including medium-voltage configurations, performance, and risks ### **You would describe yourself as:** * An Industrial, Energy, or Electromechanical Engineer, or related field * With desirable complementary education in renewable energy, solar energy, battery energy storage systems (BESS), or SCADA systems * With solid knowledge in: * Design and operation of photovoltaic (PV) power plants * Inverters (string and central) and balance of system (BOS) * IoT platforms, cloud solutions, data analytics, and applied artificial intelligence * SCADA, PPC, and automation and control of electrical systems * Medium-voltage infrastructure (switchgear, transformers, protection systems) * With intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency, both oral and written ### **You will benefit from:** * A diverse and inclusive culture where your perspective is valued * A wide variety of development and learning opportunities, with access to over 1,000 online courses * Extended parental leave * Private health insurance, including coverage for your family * Hybrid work model * Strong emphasis on Work \& Life Balance * And many other attractive benefits **Transform the everyday with Us!** \#TransformTheEverydayWithUs *We value your unique identity and perspective, recognizing that our strength stems from the diverse experiences and ways of thinking of those who make up our team.
