We have an opportunity for you: we are currently looking for a **Senior** **Front End Developer** for our **IT** team. You will be a key player on our team; the role’s objective is to contribute to the development team’s success by designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet performance and scalability standards—within a continuously learning and collaborative team environment. You will work closely with a large IT team, contributing to strengthening security across all aspects of our application development. This is a **hybrid** position; our offices are located in Florida, Vicente López. **What will you do daily?** * Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. * Collaborate closely with the team to implement and maintain our applications. * Optimize applications to ensure optimal performance and scalability. * Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, delivering effective and timely solutions. * Provide technical guidance in your area of expertise, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous team development. * Maintain consistent and fluent communication with the design team for solution implementation. **What do we expect from you?** * 5+ years of professional experience working with React.js. * Solid knowledge of TypeScript. * Proficiency in React Native (core features, lifecycle, performance). * Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS. * Experience managing local and global state (e.g., Zustand, Redux, Jotai, etc.). **What would be a plus?** * Experience with **Expo** (EAS / custom dev clients). * Knowledge of React\-Query. * Prior participation in a migration from React to React Native. * Familiarity with Node.js. * Experience implementing Unit Testing (Jest, Mocha, etc.). * Familiarity with CI/CD processes (GitHub Actions, EAS, etc.). * Experience with advanced authentication (OAuth, biometrics, WebAuthn). **What’s it like to work at Cocos?** * We’re a fintech that doesn’t believe in limits—we set ambitious goals and constantly strive to surpass them. * We learn while moving forward: curious, agile, passionate about experimenting and improving. * We value every voice and idea—and believe there’s always something new to learn. * We have a talented, friendly, and motivated team eager to build transformative things. * Our culture places financial education, innovation, and collaboration at the heart of everything we do. * And we aim not only to grow as a company—but also to help every team member grow.
