We are looking for a **Project Construction Coordinator** dedicated to engineering and industrial installations. This is initially a 6-month contract for a scheduled shutdown, with the possibility of extension. We are seeking university, tertiary or technical professionals in Mechanical fields who have **experience in coordination and supervision of industrial projects.** The main function of the position is to act as an intermediary between engineering teams, contractors and field supervisors, ensuring proper coordination, monitoring and execution of construction projects (mechanical, civil and industrial) across the company's various plants. The scope of the role includes participation in projects carried out at any of the plants. Between **office and site**, traveling to plants for execution follow-up. Involvement starts from the initial project meetings to understand scope and continues throughout the entire development cycle. **We require experience in planning, execution and control of construction works.** Knowledge required: Interpretation of blueprints and technical documentation. Coordination of construction schedules. Supervision and management of field/site teams. Key competencies include planning and organization, leadership and team management, problem solving and decision making, effective communication.
