Close collaboration with production teams WE ARE LOOKING FOR TALENT, ADECCO IS LOOKING FOR YOU! · If you are interested in becoming a PAINTER and joining Adecco to provide services to our CLIENT — A MAJOR INDUSTRIAL COMPANY, CHALLENGE YOURSELF AND BUILD YOUR FUTURE! · WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU? -Perform cleaning, degreasing, sandblasting, or phosphating prior to painting to ensure proper adhesion. Technical application: Operate electrostatic paint guns (manual or automatic) to guarantee uniform and consistent micrometer thickness. Oven management: Monitor curing cycles (time and temperature) in industrial ovens to ensure correct paint polymerization. Quality Control: Visually inspect finished parts and conduct adhesion tests, thickness measurements (using a micrometer gauge), and resistance tests. Maintenance: Perform cleaning and preventive maintenance of booths, guns, hoses, and filters to avoid color contamination. Stock management: Monitor consumables and powder usage, and assist in color preparation. · WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE? .Attention to detail: Ability to detect imperfections (bubbles, insufficient coverage, orange peel) .
