At Consultores de Empresas, we are looking for a professional to join a leading company in the industry as a Generalist Human Resources Analyst. What will be your main challenges? - Propose and implement personnel administration policies and procedures. - Actively participate in the analysis of the organization and its internal structure. - Coordinate and execute talent recruitment and selection processes. - Plan, organize, and carry out training and development activities. - Manage personnel-related updates and maintain smooth communication with the Compensation department. - Participate in union communications, contributing to a harmonious work environment. - Coordinate and ensure compliance with administrative procedures. - Implement tools that motivate and enhance employee development. What is the purpose of this role? To support and advise Management in defining Human Resources strategies and policies that align the entire team with the company’s vision and objectives. Your contribution will be key to strengthening the work environment, enhancing team capabilities, and helping the company achieve its mission. What do we need from you? Mandatory Requirements: - Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields. - Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. - Demonstrable experience in recruitment and selection processes. - Solid knowledge of labor legislation. - Proficiency in computer tools and management systems. - Excellent oral and written communication, active listening, and empathy. - Organizational skills, time management, and conflict resolution ability. - Teamwork and leadership.
