We are seeking a professional to assist in data management, reporting, information analysis, customer interaction, communication with the sales team, and resource administration. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------------- * Evaluate, select, and foster ongoing relationships with external transportation suppliers. * Make recommendations to build strong customer relationships using limited knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry. * Provide transportation and distribution logistics solutions for inbound or outbound movement of raw materials and/or finished products from origin to destination. * Perform administrative tasks supporting the shipment execution process by completing tasks using standard industry procedures. * Monitor and control product inventory at external warehouses and distributors. * Handle user support issues—administrative, technical, or customer service—with minimal supervision, escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate personnel. * Other assigned duties. \#LI\-Onsite \- \#LI\-RC2 **QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------ **MINIMUM** * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles (logistics, distribution, or supply chain) * Experience in inventory processes, warehousing, dispatching, and reporting as administrative processes * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel **PREFERRED** * University student in advanced semesters or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields * Experience in food or consumer packaged goods companies * Experience handling freight documentation such as waybills (CPE) * Flexible availability * Customer service experience * Familiarity with data analysis or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
