We seek a Cleaning Supervisor with an operational profile in Viedma, combining hands-on fieldwork experience with leadership capability. The candidate must serve as a service reference, possess solid knowledge of cleaning and maintenance tasks, and be capable of coordinating and supporting the work team. Profile Requirements: • Proven experience in cleaning tasks (preferably in industrial, corporate, or institutional environments). • Previous experience in supervising or managing operational staff. • Practical, proactive profile with a service quality orientation. • Skills to organize tasks, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with established standards. • Good communication skills, commitment, and willingness to work in a team. • Availability to work part-time, 2 or 3 days per week. • Valid driver’s license.
