Application of continuous improvement methodologies such as LEAN A major logistics company is currently seeking a Logistics Operations Supervisor for its facility located in the Ezeiza Industrial Park. Key responsibilities include: Training, organizing, and directing operational staff to ensure correct execution of activities defined in departmental work instructions. Promoting and monitoring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. Monitoring resource availability (staffing, machinery, tools, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and achievement of objectives. Defining action plans and priorities in response to unforeseen events affecting operational planning. Providing ongoing feedback to teams to foster empowerment, motivation, positive workplace climate, and sense of belonging—aligning behaviors with organizational values. Measuring, monitoring, and recording individual and departmental performance, keeping management indicators up to date. Maintaining timely and effective communication with HR and supervisors: reporting updates, absenteeism, overtime management, operational deviations, among others. Reporting incidents, accidents, and unsafe conditions; analyzing root causes and defining corrective action plans. Applying continuous improvement tools under the LEAN methodology. Conducting daily shift-start meetings to communicate results and define daily objectives. Desirable qualifications: Advanced Excel proficiency. Currently pursuing or holding a Technical Degree in Logistics or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within logistics departments of large companies. Working hours: Monday–Thursday: 7:00–16:00 (on-site), Friday: 7:00–15:00. Overtime may be required; therefore, schedule flexibility is essential.
