This position plays a key role in coordinating and supervising the nursing team, ensuring adherence to care standards, proper resource management, and continuous professional team support. We seek a candidate with strong leadership capabilities, organizational skills, and a dedication to teamwork, oriented toward excellence in patient care. ***Responsibilities:*** * Manage and administer the nursing team and disposable supplies * Daily staffing planning * Operate the personnel management system * Report shortages or equipment requiring repair * Conflict resolution * Monitor nursing clinical tasks * Ensure compliance with the institution's current regulations and various operational workflows. ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing * Experience in closed units (ICU\-CCU) * Management training courses (preferred) * Experience in team coordination * Valid national nursing license (mandatory) * Leadership and decision-making, effective and assertive communication, organization and planning, results orientation Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $1,00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
