We are currently seeking a results-oriented, service-minded technical professional to join our Technology team. Main Responsibilities Technical Support: Provide on-site technical assistance (hardware and software) to end users. Equipment Management: Configuration, maintenance, and administration of workstations (PCs, notebooks) and mobile devices. Networks and Connectivity: Resolution of basic network incidents (LAN, TCP/IP, Gateways). Asset Administration: Inventory management and systematic logging of tasks in the GLPI platform. Productivity Tools: Technical support for Office 365, Outlook, and corporate mobile applications. Infrastructure: Collaboration in basic Active Directory administration tasks and FortiGate policy configuration. Requirements and Preferred Profile Solid knowledge of Windows and Windows Server environments. Proficiency in management tools (Excel and Outlook). Prior experience in IP telephony (fixed and mobile) is a plus. Outstanding communication, proactivity, and teamwork skills.
