Role Overview The Associate Video Producer supports the production of high\-quality video content—from podcasts and interviews to branded media. This is a hands\-on role where you’ll manage assets, prep projects, and coordinate deliverables to ensure our editors and producers can focus on the creative big picture. You don’t need to be the one calling the creative shots, but you do need an eye for detail, technical know\-how, and the ability to keep projects running smoothly behind the scenes. ResponsibilitiesVideo Production Support * Prepare project files and media for editing (Resolve, Adobe, or other platforms). * Organize raw footage, audio files, and graphics in LucidLink and project drives. * Assist with rough cuts, simple edits, and formatting content for distribution. * Maintain consistency across video deliverables (branding, formatting, quality control). * Create prep materials for recordings (run of show, shot lists, or visual references). Workflow \& Client Support * Track production timelines and deliverables in Asana/Teamwork. * Communicate progress updates to producers, editors, and clients. * Collect client feedback and incorporate revision notes. * Deliver final assets to clients on schedule. Operational Impact * Spot potential workflow or scheduling bottlenecks. * Keep post\-production processes efficient, organized, and scalable. * Take on light research or production tasks delegated by the Executive Producer or Ops.
