Are you ready to come aboard? **O\&M Technician for Operations at Cerro Vanguardia Field** We are now looking for an Electrical, Electronics, or Electromechanical Technician to join our team at the Cerro Vanguardia Field in Santa Cruz Province. The role requires a 12-hour daily schedule under a 14-on/14-off shift pattern. It is mandatory to establish permanent residence in Santa Cruz Province. **What will you be doing in this role?** Your responsibilities will include the operation and maintenance of a thermal power generation plant using four-stroke gas and diesel engines. To succeed in this role, we expect competencies in organizational work, planning, problem-solving, teamwork, interpersonal relationships, and work flexibility. As an **O\&M Technician**, your work will focus on these responsibilities: * PLC programming * Electrical circuits * Instrumentation * Pressure transmitters, PT100s, thermocouples, speed sensors, transducers, etc. * Ethernet and Profibus communication * Maintenance of electrical, electronic, and mechanical components * Knowledge of electric motors and generators * Familiarity with Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety procedures and guidelines * A diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Electromechanical Technology is required * Advanced Spanish and basic English (technical English) **Why You and Us?** You will become part of a global organization with strong local presence and work in an active and dynamic environment alongside a highly motivated and skilled team of professionals.
