What will be your main responsibilities? - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities. - Conduct daily inspections of facilities to verify proper equipment operation. - Carry out basic general building, electrical, and mechanical repairs. - Identify failures and propose continuous improvement solutions. - Maintain contact with supervisors and department heads to identify operational needs. - Coordinate work with external vendors when necessary. - Comply with the company's established safety and hygiene regulations. - Record completed tasks and report sector-related updates. What is the purpose of this role? To guarantee optimal operation and preservation of facilities and equipment by performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, thereby ensuring operational continuity and minimizing unplanned deviations or downtime. Mandatory Requirements: - Prior experience in general maintenance tasks (industrial, commercial, or large-scale retail). - Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, mechanics, and use of manual and electric tools. - Availability to work full-time under a fixed-term contract. Desirable Requirements: - Technical education in related fields (mechanics, electricity, electromechanics, refrigeration, etc.). - Experience in building maintenance, welding, and refrigeration. - Proficiency in recordkeeping and reporting updates.
