Join Our Team as a Systems Assistant! At D´Ricco, we seek a proactive and eager-to-learn Systems Assistant to support our technological infrastructure and contribute to operational efficiency. Position Objective: Ensure continuous operation of systems, technological infrastructure, and business applications (ERP/BI), providing specialized technical support and collaborating on IT process optimization. Main Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 physical and virtual support to internal customers, resolving operational incidents related to infrastructure and applications. Manage installation, updates, and proper functioning of operating systems, applications, and the central ERP system. Configure and administer dashboards and reports. Implement processes and technologies to increase IT department efficiency, and document help manuals and procedures. Actively collaborate in training AI agents to improve end-user assistance. Manage communication with and handle complaints against external service providers. Perform backup maintenance and execute preventive actions against external attacks. Train new staff on application usage and internal workflows. Requirements: Mandatory Requirements: Education: Technician or advanced student in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year in technical support roles (Level 1 and Level 2). Solid Technical Knowledge: Windows operating system support and maintenance. Knowledge and experience in managing virtual infrastructure and networks. Experience or knowledge in configuring and supporting ERP systems and BI tools (dashboards/reports). Competencies: Proactivity, excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability, strong orientation toward continuous improvement.
