




We are seeking 1 technician with at least 2 years of experience providing user support and a strong service orientation, to deliver microcomputer support—including knowledge of PCs, networks, Windows, IT equipment, and Office tools—for a 1.5-month coverage period during staff vacations within the User Support Team at Corven’s plant in Venado Tuerto, Santa Fe. **Responsibilities:** · Installation and configuration of equipment (desktops and notebooks) for new user onboarding. · Replacement of notebooks as part of IT fleet upgrades. · Installation and management of workstations. · Inventory audits; biannual preparation of technological scrap reports. · AD password resets and account unlocks. · Deployment of network shortcuts and mapped network drives. · Email account configuration. · Archiving emails (Outlook). · Preventive maintenance by department; installation of Windows updates and device drivers. · General operating system and office software troubleshooting. · Printer installation and configuration issue resolution. · Toner replacement across the printer fleet (Pay-per-Page service). · Mobile device migrations. · Email configuration on mobile devices. · Remote video-call support for meeting rooms using Microsoft Teams. · Installation and/or configuration of the corporate VPN solution (GlobalProtect PAN). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, either 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00 **Start Date:** Mid-January 2026 Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary Contract Duration: 1.5 months Work Location: On-site
