What will your responsibilities be? * Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities for the insurance segment within the client portfolio. * Lead the end-to-end commercial process: prospecting, presentations, negotiation, and closing. * Build long-term relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and offering value-driven solutions based on consulting services. * Collaborate with internal teams to design proposals, solutions, and commercial strategies aligned with client objectives. * Develop go\-to\-market strategies to expand the company’s presence in the insurance sector. * Continuously monitor commercial KPIs and prepare progress and performance reports. What do we require from you? * University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Systems, or related fields. * Proven experience in consultative sales roles within the insurance sector. * Minimum 5–7 years of experience in commercial, business development, or consulting roles focused on services sales. * Experience working directly with corporate clients, leading commercial and transformation initiatives. * Strong commercial and consulting profile, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into value propositions. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
