Resolution of routine situations and team support We seek to hire Shift Supervisors who can lead operational teams and support service consolidation. About the Position: The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the cleaning staff assigned to a facility, ensuring compliance with tasks, schedules, and quality standards. Morning shift: 7:00–15:00 hrs Afternoon shift: 15:00–23:00 hrs Work schedule: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, plus an additional 8 hours to be completed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday, to be scheduled according to operational requirements). Responsibilities: Supervision and coordination of the cleaning team. Organization and daily task distribution. Monitoring of schedule adherence and performance. Reporting of operational updates. Effective communication with general coordination. Resolution of routine service-related issues. Team support and leadership. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of verifiable personnel management experience (mandatory). Registered under Argentina’s Monotributo tax regime or willing to enroll (mandatory). Proficiency in Excel and other computer tools (mandatory). Personal transportation (mandatory).
