Job Summary: We are seeking a Food, Industrial or Chemical Engineer to supervise and coordinate production, lead teams, and perform maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team leadership and supervision 2. Operation of machinery and production processes 3. Promotion of a positive work environment We are recruiting for a major company in the food industry. Work Location: TUCUMAN / SAN MIGUEL DE TUCUMAN. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Saturdays, 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Employment Type: On-site. Contract Type: Permanent. Main job responsibilities include: Supervising and coordinating the production process, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Leading and supervising the work team. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery. Maintaining detailed records of productivity indicators. Ensuring smooth and effective communication across departments, promoting a positive work environment. Requirements: Education: Degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering (graduated or即将 graduate). Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge and operation of machinery (packaging machines and production lines). Leadership skills, effective communication, and conflict resolution abilities. Proficiency in computer systems. Full-time availability and willingness to work rotating shifts (mandatory).
