Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** Lead assigned franchises by aligning PepsiCo's strategies, guidelines, and policies, ensuring all sales procedures are executed perfectly. **Your Impact*** Monthly P\&L review, P\&L opportunity analysis, and action planning * Management, control, and follow-up of the accounts receivable for each distributor (credit limit, payment terms, overdue debt) for the two largest distributors in the region. * Negotiation of discounts (D\&A) and trade terms, repayment calculation, control, and follow-up * Knowledge and management of KPIs related to Warehouse, Dispatch, and Execution (Perfect Store). Deviation analysis and action plan definition. Follow-up * Understanding of all internal processes/strategies to ensure success and alignment between the company and the distributor. * Weekly sales planning and delivery curve monitoring * Monthly sales forecasting. Analysis vs. forecast/objective. Action plan for deviations * Mastery of sales strategies at the point of sale. Training for the distributor's sales representatives * Knowledge of product and market information (role/rotation by position/target segment, etc.) * Understanding of correct display setup according to PDV type * Participation in innovations. Communication, coverage tracking, feedback to marketing. Qualifications: **Who Are We Looking For?*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in commercial roles (direct sales supervisor – supermarket sales supervisor – sales hard analyst – sales planning) * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (mandatory) * Intermediate Excel skills * Intermediate English proficiency (desirable) * Valid driver's license \+6 months (mandatory).
