You will join the team at the Chemical Plant located in Puerto General San Martín, Santa Fe Province. Key Responsibilities: * Produce resins according to established work techniques and instructions. * Monitor reactions (e.g., sample collection and cooling, analysis, etc.) and determine appropriate cut-off points. * Conduct daily data reporting for production and consumption control. * Collect, record, and monitor operational data and parameters during resin production, and perform routine checks on measuring instruments. * Carry out and supervise activities related to preparation and handling of additives and/or chemical reagents, as well as loading of liquid and solid raw materials into reactors. * Comply with company policies and standards. **Example of what your day will be like** Responsible for all activities related to mechanical maintenance. Lead and organize the team of mechanics in planning and executing maintenance tasks. You will need to review the list of spare parts required for corrective and preventive maintenance for their efficient use. Must assign responsibilities to personnel under their charge as maintenance needs arise at the plant. We are looking for a Production Supervisor for our Argentinos Fertilizers Terminal. **Main responsibilities:** * Inspect equipment condition to ensure proper operation. * Coordinate work teams to guarantee team performance. * Supervise the production process and be able to correct deviations from standards, ensuring proper process execution and promoting optimization. * Supervise the receipt and storage of materials (raw materials and fertilizers) and product shipments. * Coordinate staff absences to ensure positions are covered. * HR management: keep personnel records updated with current information.
