You will join the team working at the chemical plant located in Puerto General San Martín, Santa Fe. You will be responsible for the proper administration of equipment maintenance plans for the plant, ensuring their effectiveness and prioritizing Preventive and Predictive activities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise Preventive and Predictive Maintenance tasks within the area. * Efficiently manage available resources and oversee both internal staff and contractor personnel. * Develop Procedures and Technical Specifications. * Conduct problem and failure analysis using analytical, detection, and root cause investigation techniques. * Prepare Plant Shutdown Programs, including material and labor estimates. **What Are We Looking For?** * Graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in this position. * Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001\.
