**Example of what your day will be like** You will start with a brief meeting with maintenance and operations teams to review system status, validate the daily work plan, and assign tasks. Throughout the day, you will coordinate technical teams, make agile decisions, and ensure the plant operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. **How you will stand out** * You will coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on instruments and control systems. * You will lead the I\&C team, assigning tasks and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. * You will keep calibration, configuration, and maintenance records of critical equipment up to date. * You will propose improvements in automation, control logic, and operational efficiency, actively participating in technical projects. * You will collaborate with operations, electrical, and mechanical teams to resolve failures and coordinate multidisciplinary work. * You will ensure compliance with technical and regulatory procedures, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. **What you bring** * University degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. * At least 5 years of experience in instrumentation systems, process control, and DCS/PLC/SCADA maintenance. * Proven experience in leading technical teams and maintenance management. * Solid knowledge of industrial safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Analytical skills to plan, coordinate, and implement technical improvements. * Validated knowledge of SE SGT5\-4000F, SST5\-5000, and T3000 system technologies. **About the team** You will become part of the **Gas Services** division, which drives low-emission power generation through modernization and digitalization services.
