Position Summary: LOGIN FARMA seeks an Operations Manager to lead, motivate, and plan tasks, ensuring proper functioning, hygiene, safety, and product quality in a health logistics setting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and motivate the staff under supervision. 2. Ensure product quality, safety, and efficacy. 3. Implement corrective and preventive actions. LOGIN FARMA, a logistics company specialized in the healthcare sector, is currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our team. What will be your main responsibilities? Plan and assign tasks to ensure the proper functioning of each department, leading and motivating the staff under supervision. Monitor areas, facilities, and equipment, ensuring all necessary hygiene and safety measures are implemented to preserve product quality, safety, and efficacy. Respond to complaints, observations, and/or non-conformities identified, investigate root causes, implement corrective and preventive actions, and verify their effectiveness. Establish management indicators to obtain information enabling process improvement assessment, change management, and associated risk evaluation. Know and enforce operational procedures related to good practices. Train staff under supervision on standards and procedures. Investigate and implement corrective and/or preventive actions if deviations are detected. Improve the management system. · What are we looking for in our team? We seek individuals with strong communication skills, solid decision-making ability, leadership, and planning capabilities. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse management systems is required.
