Training and ongoing development **Appointment Setter (Full\-Time – Remote to On\-Site Transition)** **Location:** Remote (Initial) → Relocation to Sauk, Tirana, Albania Blue Magic Group is seeking a motivated and personable **Appointment Setter** to join our growing team. This role will begin remotely, with the opportunity to **relocate** to our clinic in Tirana, Albania. You will be the first point of contact for patients inquiring about our services, including hair transplants, dental treatments, and cosmetic surgery, helping guide them toward booking consultations with our Medical Consultants (MCs) **\+ Essential Job Functions** * Contact and follow up with inbound leads interested in our services (hair transplant, dental, cosmetic surgery) * Engage potential patients via phone, messaging, and other communication channels Qualify leads and assess patient needs * Schedule appointments for Medical Consultants (MCs) * Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems * Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Build rapport and trust with prospective patients * Coordinate appointment availability with the sales/medical team * Meet and exceed daily and weekly appointment\-setting targets * Contribute to a positive and team\-oriented work culture **\+ Education and Experience** * Previous experience in appointment setting, call center, or sales is preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Confident speaking on the phone and handling objections * Customer\-focused mindset with a friendly and professional approach * Organized with strong attention to detail * Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems * Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus **\+ Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive base salary \+ performance\-based bonuses * Opportunity for relocation to Tirana, Albania * Career growth into sales or medical consultant roles * Training and ongoing development * Supportive and collaborative team environment **\+ Working Conditions** * Full\-time, Monday to Friday, 12pm\-9pm schedule * Remote initially; transition to in\-clinic office environment in Tirana * Must have reliable internet and workspace for remote work; willingness to relocate **\+ Workplace Policies and Agreements** * Follow company communication and lead management protocols * Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with all patient interactions * Accurately log all activities in CRM systems * Participate in onboarding, training, and performance coaching * Support a positive, goal\-driven, and team\-oriented culture **\+ Evaluation and Review** * Performance evaluated based on number of appointments set, lead conversion, and communication quality * Regular performance reviews and coaching sessions * Opportunities for advancement based on results and consistency Job Types: Full\-time, Commission, Permanent Pay: From $680,000\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
