This is not a task\-based role. You’ll be stepping into a fast\-moving environment where you’re expected to **figure things out, solve problems, and improve systems without constant direction.** If you’ve worked in ABA and enjoy building structure in growing organizations, this role is for you. ### **What You’ll Do** * Own and manage recruiting operations for clinical staff (BCBAs, RBTs) * Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and internal workflows * Support intake processes, insurance verification, and scheduling * Track credentialing and compliance requirements * Identify inefficiencies and implement better workflows * Help create structure across operations as the company grows ### **What Success Looks Like** * You identify problems before they become issues * Processes become more efficient and easier to manage * Hiring and onboarding run smoothly without bottlenecks * Teams rely on your systems to operate effectively * Leadership gains clarity and visibility into operations ### **What We’re Looking For** * Experience working in an **ABA or healthcare operations environment** * Strong ownership mindset — you take initiative without waiting for instructions * Ability to work independently and solve problems * Highly organized and detail\-oriented * Fast learner with strong execution skills * Experience in startup or fast\-growing environments is a plus Apply here: https://operationsarmy.com/application
