Description

Summary: Epirco Group is seeking a HubSpot Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations, designing data structures, migrating CRM data, and building workflow automations. Highlights: 1. Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations for partner companies and clients 2. Design and configure CRM structure, pipelines, and user permissions 3. Build and optimize HubSpot workflow automations across business processes Epirco Group is hiring a **HubSpot Implementation Specialist** to lead end\-to\-end HubSpot implementations for partner companies and clients. This is not a basic CRM admin role. This role is for someone who knows how to **set up HubSpot from scratch**, design the right data structure, migrate CRM data, build workflow automations, connect external tools, and make HubSpot operational for real business use. The right person will be comfortable owning implementation projects from discovery through go\-live. They should be able to understand a client’s current sales, marketing, and service processes; translate those into HubSpot; clean and migrate data; build workflows; create datasets and reports; and connect AI\-enabled automations using tools such as **Zapier**, **Claude**, and similar systems where useful. This role will work across both internal partner companies and external clients, so strong implementation discipline, communication, and structured problem\-solving are essential. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead **HubSpot implementation projects from scratch** for partner companies and clients. * Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into a practical HubSpot setup. * Design and configure CRM structure including: * contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and custom properties * pipelines and lifecycle stages * user permissions and account structure * forms, meeting schedulers, inboxes, and core assets * Build and optimize **HubSpot workflow automations** across sales, marketing, and service processes. * Work with **HubSpot Data Sets**, reporting structures, dashboards, and data models to support decision\-making and visibility. * Plan and execute **CRM migration projects**, including data mapping, cleanup, deduplication, import strategy, validation, and post\-migration QA. * Audit legacy CRM structures and identify what should be migrated, restructured, merged, or retired. * Connect HubSpot with external tools and automation layers using **Zapier**, APIs, and related platforms. * Support **AI\-integrated workflows** where relevant, including operational use cases involving tools such as **Claude** and other automation/AI systems. * Build implementation documentation, SOPs, and handoff material so clients and internal teams can operate the system after launch. * Troubleshoot implementation issues, data inconsistencies, workflow errors, sync issues, and reporting gaps. * Train stakeholders or internal users on the implemented system and help drive adoption. **Requirements** * Strong hands\-on experience implementing **HubSpot from scratch** in real business environments. * Proven experience with **CRM migration**, including data mapping, cleanup, imports, deduplication, and validation. * Strong working knowledge of **HubSpot Data Sets**, properties, records, pipelines, lifecycle stages, forms, dashboards, and reporting logic. * Strong experience building **workflow automations** in HubSpot across multiple business processes. * Practical experience integrating HubSpot with external tools through **Zapier**, native integrations, or APIs. * Ability to understand business processes and convert them into scalable CRM structures and automations. * Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for migration prep, transformation, QA, and reconciliation. * Strong English communication skills, including the ability to explain technical implementation choices clearly to non\-technical stakeholders. * Strong attention to detail and the discipline to test, validate, and document work before handoff. * Ability to manage implementation projects independently and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams. **Preferred Qualifications** * HubSpot certifications across CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Operations Hub, or implementation\-related tracks. * Experience implementing HubSpot for agencies, consultancies, multi\-entity businesses, or client\-facing delivery teams. * Experience with AI\-assisted business process design or AI\-connected workflow automation. * Familiarity with integration logic, webhooks, APIs, and structured middleware\-based automation. * Experience with lead routing, attribution logic, lifecycle design, service pipelines, and cross\-functional reporting. * Experience training clients or internal teams after implementation. **Tools \& Technologies** * HubSpot CRM * HubSpot Workflows * HubSpot Data Sets / Reporting tools * Zapier * Claude or similar AI tools * Google Sheets / Excel * ClickUp * Other CRM / integration / migration tools as needed **Success Metrics** * Understand Epirco’s implementation standards, client expectations, and common HubSpot use cases. * Review current or upcoming partner/client implementation needs and identify priority workflows. * Audit at least one implementation or migration project and identify major setup, data, or automation gaps. **First 60 Days** * Independently lead core portions of a HubSpot implementation or migration project. * Build reliable workflows, datasets, reporting views, and integration logic with minimal supervision. * Improve implementation quality through stronger documentation, testing, and validation processes. **First 90 Days** * Fully own end\-to\-end HubSpot implementation delivery for defined partner or client projects. * Successfully execute CRM setup or migration work with clean QA and stakeholder confidence. * Become a trusted operator for HubSpot architecture, automation, migration, and AI\-connected workflow design. **Growth Track:** If you perform well, deliver independently, and take ownership of your work — we’ll back your growth with cash, upskilling, and cross\-country exposure. If you want promotions without results, don't apply. **About Epirco Group** Epirco Group, a global consulting and digital execution company, operates offices in the New York, Tampa, Buenos Aires, Dubai, Moscow, Delhi, and Colombo.
