Company located in Luis Guillón (Southern Zone – Bs As), operating in the construction sector, is seeking a RECEPTIONIST. Responsibilities include: answering phone calls and greeting visitors at the entrance, managing emails, coordinating motorcycle couriers, shipments, mail, and correspondence, and providing basic administrative support. Assisting and supporting both directors and the team in general. The candidate will interact with all internal and external members of the company: neighbors, suppliers, media, clients, and others externally. Proficiency in English will be valued. The candidate must demonstrate a positive attitude and work autonomously in managing tasks. As the first point of contact for our internal and external clients, an elegant appearance, friendly and efficient demeanor, service-oriented attitude, strong communication skills—including clear verbal expression and professional telephone etiquette—and organizational ability are essential. The candidate must be capable of operating office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and telephone switchboards. This is a fully on-site position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs, and Saturdays from 09:00–13:00 hrs. Preference will be given to applicants residing in areas near the company.
