Generation of RDA LVO reports, and maintaining contact with the Dealer Network when the responsible person is traveling for work. Collection of information and basic presentations regarding the Dealer Network’s performance, and updating of data. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Business KPI Reporting: Development, monthly monitoring, and publication of KPIs for the dealer network. * NH Network Development Programs: Support in implementing and monitoring Network Development programs in the region. * Business Reviews: Integration and preparation of Business Review presentations (periodic reviews of dealer/importer performance management). Information analysis and minutes preparation. * Activations and Database Management: Adding/removing dealers in company systems. Maintenance of contact database and dealer listing. * Circulars and Information Bulletins: Preparation, distribution, and follow-up of implementation. * SAP: Management of internal purchase requisitions, release authorizations, supplier payments, and cost center recoveries. * Assistance to Dealers on matters related to the sector. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------------------- * Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Accounting, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering. * MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint): Intermediate/Advanced / Canvas / Power BI. * Strong interpersonal skills.
