CAPEX Procurement Manager – Rosario Office To strengthen our Procurement team, we seek a professional holding an engineering degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering. Solid expertise in the field and at least five years’ experience in similar roles are essential for this position. The role’s mission is to negotiate and execute procurement activities, ensuring optimal cost and quality, coordinating team activities to ensure proper supply, and maximizing cost-effectiveness for the company. **Required Experience:** **CAPEX-related Procurements:** Industrial equipment and spare parts, Civil works, Mechanical and electrical installations, Needs mapping and procurement strategies covering 1–3 years. Development of category business plans, including analysis of global markets. Formulation of business strategies; identification and selection of potential suppliers; assessment of supplier capabilities; determination of pricing, terms, and conditions of agreements; and identification of opportunities. **Tools:** Advanced English—mandatory Portuguese—desirable Full Microsoft Office suite POWER BI (Advanced) Advanced SAP COUPA system (desirable) Required competencies for this position include negotiation skills, analytical capability, adaptability to change, results orientation, strategic thinking, excellent oral and written communication, teamwork, and leadership.
