Job Summary: We are seeking professionals who can coordinate, plan, and execute Network Deployment tasks, ensuring quality and performing on-site work monitoring and certification within a digital transformation context. We seek professionals capable of operating in a context of digital evolution and innovation, generating new challenges and developing business opportunities. **Your role will be:** To coordinate, plan, and carry out Network Deployment tasks, ensuring network construction quality, and performing work monitoring and certification. **Your main challenges will be:** * **Assign, supervise, and coordinate** contractor tasks jointly with other company Technical departments. * **Ensure** proper project development to meet commitments with Management. * **Ensure** execution quality in fieldwork through on-site task supervision. **Resolving** special situations or unforeseen issues arising during work execution. * **Request and interpret** Third-Party Service Interferences. * **Certify** tasks and control materials assigned to the contractor. * Manage and attend to assigned projects, allocating approximately 70% of time to on-site activities and 30% to desk-based tasks. However, this ratio may vary depending on the nature of the activities. In all cases, on-site presence from Monday to Friday must be guaranteed. **What we require from you:** * Ongoing or completed studies in: Electronic / Electromechanical / Civil / Telecommunications Engineering or related fields. (or equivalent qualifications) * Preferably at least 5 years of experience supervising construction projects and managing contractors in the telecommunications sector. * Planning and organizational skills. * Simplicity in your way of thinking and acting. * A service-oriented mindset. **The position is based in** ***Formosa***
