We are more than 121,000 professionals working in multidisciplinary teams with profiles as diverse as financiers, legal experts, data scientists, developers, engineers and designers. **About the job:** At BBVA, we are looking for a Senior Designer - Audiovisual Editor to join our Growth team. **Responsibilities:** * Lead creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives while acting as the product reference. * Develop, design, and edit audiovisual assets for digital campaigns, social media, landing pages, and newsletters. * Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints while maintaining integrity. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams during ideation and execution. * Stay up-to-date on digital trends and apply generative AI tools. **Requirements:** * Advanced student or graduate in Graphic Design, Marketing, Audiovisual Production, or related fields (mandatory) * Minimum 5 years of experience in video editing, motion design, and digital production. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma (mandatory) * Knowledge of 2D animation, basic HTML/CSS, and design for performance platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok). * Experience with newsletters (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) (desirable) * Ability to interpret performance data and optimize designs with a creative vision and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple projects in agile environments with a proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication with stakeholders. **Skills:** Banking
