A technology company is hiring a Semi-Senior Project Manager to lead project management, coordination, and monitoring, serving as the critical link among clients, technical teams, and internal departments, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Plan and monitor projects, controlling scope, schedules, deliverables, budget, and technical documentation. Define clear objectives and specifications, identify risks, deviations, and dependencies, and manage scope changes and priority adjustments. Coordinate software and mechatronic component testing and quality control, driving continuous improvements. Oversee installation and commissioning of devices and systems (barriers, payment kiosks, sensors, antennas), ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and certifications. Coordinate post-installation support to guarantee proper system operation. Control costs and perform hardware and software estimations. Implement continuous improvements in project management and monitoring processes. Develop and maintain up-to-date project technical documentation (reports, manuals, architecture diagrams, schematics). Ensure software and mechatronic systems comply with local and international safety and quality regulations, conducting follow-ups and audits as required. Leadership and Team Coordination: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (software, mechatronics, operations, suppliers, design, and commercial), fostering interdepartmental collaboration and efficiency in project execution. Promote continuous improvement and adoption of new tools and methodologies. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact with clients during project execution, ensuring clear communication and achievement of agreed-upon objectives. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in technology-driven environments. Participation in projects involving multiple stakeholders. Courses or certifications in Project Management or agile methodologies. Skills in managing internal and external clients. Key Competencies: Organization and time management.
