Your mission will be to ensure comprehensive operational management of the facility, guaranteeing fleet availability, efficiency, and safety through maintenance management, optimization of operational processes, resource administration, and regulatory compliance—contributing to service continuity and business cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Supervise building and equipment maintenance at the facility (electricity, plumbing, fuel dispensers, installations), coordinating preventive and corrective repairs Lead the management and control of vehicle washing facilities, ensuring compliance with fleet cleaning standards and operational availability of the facilities Coordinate facility physical and operational security, including surveillance, internal traffic control, and use of PPE Supervise the facility’s workshop services management, ensuring order, cleanliness, and appropriate facility conditions Manage facility licensing, permits, and legal documentation—including insurance policies and mandatory inspections—and manage facility-related services and taxes Implement and supervise adherence to the 5S methodology at the facility (sorting, setting in order, shining, standardizing, sustaining) Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including hazardous waste disposal and associated documentation Lead the facility’s operational team (wash bay staff, yard attendants, security personnel), organizing shifts, monitoring absenteeism, and ensuring operational coverage Requirements: KNOWLEDGE: Fuel and lubricant inventory management. Use of control spreadsheets (Excel or fleet management software). Driver’s license for heavy vehicles is desirable (for internal emergency movements). Knowledge of hazardous waste handling (oils, diesel) and fire prevention. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years in passenger transport and heavy fleet logistics companies, performing similar functions.
