Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to lead the Quality Management area, ensuring excellence in product safety and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and supervise the plant’s quality management system 2. Ensure compliance with national and international regulations 3. Implement continuous improvement plans and root cause analysis We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to lead the Quality Management area at our production plant. Your mission will be to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency, guaranteeing excellence at every stage of the conversion process. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Lead and supervise** the plant’s quality management system (assurance and control). * **Ensure compliance** with national and international food safety regulations. * **Manage internal and external audits**, and monitor suppliers of raw materials. * **Coordinate testing and trials** of materials (e.g., tensile strength, seal integrity, barrier properties) for flexible packaging. * **Implement continuous improvement plans** and conduct root cause analysis in response to deviations or customer complaints. * **Train operational staff** on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Requirements:** * **Education:** Graduates in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in quality leadership roles within the **flexible packaging** or **packaging** industry. * **Preferred qualifications:** Prior experience in the **food industry**, with solid knowledge of FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001 standards. * **Skills:** Leadership ability, analytical thinking, and results orientation.
