What will be your mission? Ensure the effectiveness and reliability of plant physical asset maintenance, collaborating to make processes increasingly safe, efficient, and sustainable. Key Responsibilities and Challenges: - Implement on-the-job training and coaching for maintenance officers and supervisors, enhancing their technical skills. - Provide technical support to plant personnel and execute assigned tasks to resolve corrective and preventive actions. - Evaluate and propose continuous improvement actions aligned with the Maintenance Plan, optimizing resources, quality, and efficiency. - Execute technical work instructions and suggest improvements to make interventions more efficient. - Apply and uphold housekeeping, cleanliness, and continuous improvement practices daily. - Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and legal regulations in all technical interventions. Requirements We Value: - Education: Mechanical or Electronic Engineer with specialization in automation (graduated or soon to graduate) - 1–2 years of industrial maintenance experience (mandatory). - Knowledge of PLC programming (mandatory). - Familiarity with quality, safety, and legal regulations. - We value proactive attitude, teamwork, and orientation toward continuous improvement! Work Location and Modality: Trenque Lauquen.
