Challenge with operational responsibility At ADN Recursos Humanos, we are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join a growing company operating in CABA. This position targets professionals with experience in logistics and warehouse management, possessing leadership capabilities and a focus on operational efficiency and customer service. Workplace: Barracas, CABA Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Saturdays, 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. Mode: On-site Main Responsibilities • Coordinate goods receipt, storage, and dispatch. • Ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with operational standards. • Guarantee proper stock rotation. • Reconcile physical inventories with system records. • Ensure product availability for the commercial area. • Coordinate deliveries and optimize dispatch times. • Conduct cycle counts and investigate stock discrepancies. • Record movements in the system (receipts, issues, and adjustments). • Generate stock, turnover, and shrinkage reports. • Supervise the warehouse team and organize daily tasks. • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. • Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes. Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehousing or logistics. • Experience leading operational teams. • Completed secondary education (logistics training preferred). • Proficiency in stock management, inventory control, and goods handling. • Proficiency in management systems and Excel. • Organized, solution-oriented, and leadership-capable profile. Desirable Knowledge • Experience in sectors handling sensitive products (e.g., food or similar). • Knowledge of good storage practices. • Experience in logistics process improvement.
