Job Summary: Responsible for the comprehensive management of sheep production, pastures, feeding, infrastructure, and communication, ensuring optimal farm operation. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of sheep production and health control. 2. Pasture and feeding planning and management. 3. Supervision and maintenance of farm infrastructure. Sheep Production: Comprehensive dairy farm management (milking, feeding, daily routine compliance). Health and reproductive control. Assistance during lambing. Milk production and quality control. Productive and health recordkeeping. Pastures and Feeding: Pasture planning and management. Coordination of sowing and rotations. Irrigation management. Ration control and planning. Feed and input inventory management. Infrastructure and Cleaning: Supervision of pens, fences, and facilities. General farm and establishment maintenance. Organization of operational tasks. Strict cleaning of the milking parlor and equipment. Sanitary protocol compliance. Cleaning of the logistics center located on the farm. Management and Communication: Daily recording of production data. Periodic reporting of results and deviations.
