





We are currently looking for a Technical Support candidate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. Main responsibilities: * Respond to incoming calls. Log calls. Establish a clear definition of the incident. * Repair PCs and networks (REQUIRED) * Solve technical issues on-site and remotely. * Install / uninstall hardware: PCs, monitors, laptops, printers, keyboards, and any other standard hardware. * Install / uninstall software. * Perform PC backups. * Assist new users with their initial network connection. * Manage network and email users. * Provide support for landline and mobile telephony. * Handle stock and inventory management. * Passive on-call shifts. Age: 19 to 27 years Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8 to 17 or 9 to 18 hours. Work location: Recoleta and Saavedra (according to weekly schedule) Position type: Full-time Work format: On-site employment
