The individual operates assigned plant equipment or areas and carries out related routine and emergent operational activities in full alignment with activity coordination. Uses Operations area knowledge and experience to operate the plant safely and optimally.**Responsibilities:*** Follow company-defined work processes, procedures, and Operational Discipline practices to ensure safe and efficient operation of assigned plant areas. * Perform and record assigned tasks in the shift logbook and task list, as applicable. * Conduct and record field inspections of assigned process equipment. * Monitor process, equipment, and control system conditions and record them on the field data sheet. * Carry out assigned Operations tasks according to process needs. For illustrative purposes only, these include completing field patrol checklists, preparing equipment, collecting samples, addressing previous shift contingencies, among others. * Ensure Operations activities and process performance align with business and plant objectives, achieving safe production. * Apply failure analysis skills to resolve process-related deviations or issues. * Participate in Root Cause Investigations as required. * Maintain cleanliness of one’s workstation, work area, and tools/equipment used in service delivery. * Share skills and experience with other operators. * Carry out Immediate Response activities assigned by the Immediate Response Leader (Panelist, Shift Activity Coordinator). * Use process knowledge and skills to suggest improvements to plant performance, Operational Discipline, and procedures when authorized by one’s job classification. * Resolve plant operational issues and perform first-line maintenance using appropriate work processes and disciplines as defined herein. * Complete assigned training and development programs for the role held; not required to train for the next higher classification. * Serve as a member of the emergency response team. * Issue/receive Safe Work Permits for tasks requiring them in authorized areas. * Sign as independent reviewer the Red Card Master for areas where certified to operate. * Complete the RTO form. **Requirements:*** Completed secondary education. * Easy access to Bahía Blanca. * Prior experience in this role is not required, but strong safety awareness and commitment are essential. **Desired:*** Technical education in industrial fields. * Industrial experience. **Important:*** Log in or create your account. * Ensure your resume is accessible.
