At our Villa Soldati clinic, a search has recently opened for a Nursing Supervisor. This position will play a key role in coordinating and supervising the nursing team, ensuring compliance with standards of care, proper resource management, and ongoing support to the professional team. We seek a candidate with strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, and a commitment to teamwork, focused on excellence in patient care. ***Responsibilities:*** * Management and administration of the nursing team and disposable supplies * Daily staffing planning * Use of personnel management system * Reporting shortages or equipment requiring repair * Conflict resolution * Oversight of nursing clinical tasks * Ensuring compliance with current institutional regulations as well as various workflow procedures. ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing * Experience in closed units (ICU/CCU) * Management courses (desirable) * Experience coordinating teams * Valid national nursing license (mandatory) * Leadership and decision-making skills, effective and assertive communication, organization and planning, results orientation Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $1,00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
